Before transfer
We agree on who is coordinating, what will be sent, who should have access, and how the family wants review and delivery handled. No family media is requested through the initial inquiry form.
During the work
Family media is used for the agreed engagement. Review is routed to the family members or representatives you designate.
After delivery
The family controls recipients and sharing. Retention, return, and deletion expectations can be agreed as part of the engagement.
Public use
No film, clip, still, family name, or project detail is presented as public work without permission.

Yes. Family materials and finished films are treated as confidential client work. The practical handling terms for each engagement are agreed before media is transferred.
Will our videos appear publicly?
No, not without the family’s permission. Private Family Films work is not used publicly by default.
Can we use an NDA?
Yes. NDAs are welcomed and can be put in place before family media is shared.
Who has access to our material?
Access and the people involved in transfer, review, and delivery are agreed for the engagement. Brandon remains the family’s direct creative lead.
How are reviews handled?
The review method and designated reviewers are agreed before editing begins. The family or its coordinator controls who receives review access.
Can our family control who receives the finished films?
Yes. The family designates the recipients and decides whether a film stays within the family or whether any version may be shared more broadly.
